J.P. Todd Karry President & CEOMr. Karry is the majority shareholder of Energy Fundamentals Group LLC, a Michigan based company he founded in 2002. Mr. Karry is President and CEO of the company and acts as the General Partner for Energy Fundamentals Group L.P., the company’s primary investment vehicle. The partnership’s primary operating asset is Centra Pipelines, which was acquired by EFG from Duke Energy Gas Transmission in 2003. Prior to founding EFG, Mr. Karry held the position of Managing Director of Energy Origination with El Paso Merchant Energy L.P., a Houston Texas based energy merchant company. Over the past 35 years, Mr. Karry has held various senior positions with a number of top tier energy companies including Engage Energy L.P., The Coastal Corporation, Westcoast Energy Inc., Union Gas Limited and Empire State Pipeline Company, and has served as an advisor to a number of other US and Canadian energy companies. Mr. Karry is a graduate of the University of Windsor and holds a Master of Business Administration and an undergraduate Honors Business Administration degree in Accounting & Finance. |

Joe Brophy Vice President & General ManagerMr. Brophy has over 30 years of commercial experience in the natural gas and electricity sectors of the North American energy industry and joined Energy Fundamentals Group when the company was founded in 2003. Mr. Brophy currently holds the position of Vice President and General Manager of Energy Fundamentals Group LP with overall responsibility for the operations of the Centra Pipelines. Throughout his career in the energy industry, Mr. Brophy has held a variety of positions including roles in retail gas distribution, energy marketing and trading, and transaction structuring in the distribution and pipeline sectors. In particular, Mr. Brophy has extensive regulatory experience in a number of jurisdictions including Canadian and United States federal agencies as well as with provincial and state pipeline and distribution energy regulators. In addition to his primary responsibilities, Mr. Brophy is also actively involved in evaluating new business opportunities being considered by the company Mr. Brophy is a Board of Director, Audit Chair, and Compensation Committee member for St. Thomas Energy Inc., a southwestern Ontario electric local distribution company owned by Ascent Group Inc. Mr. Brophy also sits as a Director at Green Energy Cooperative, an Ontario based solar generation cooperative. Mr. Brophy has an Honors BBA undergraduate degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and resides in London Ontario with his wife and two children. |

Sharon Angle-Karry Vice President Advisory ServicesMs. Angle-Karry brings more than 30 years of energy related industry experience to Energy Fundamentals Group. She holds the position of Vice President, Advisory Services and is responsible for the company’s transportation marketing and asset management services offered to third-party pipeline operators. Most recently, Ms. Angle-Karry managed new market development, transportation marketing and customer service for Empire Pipeline, Inc. a subsidiary of National Fuel Supply Company located in Williamsville, NY. Empire Pipeline, Inc is a 233-mile pipeline FERC regulated interstate pipeline system that serves retail, electric generators and industrial users in upstate NY, and the US East Coast. Prior to joining EFG in 2002, Ms. Angle-Karry held the position of Manager Marketing, East Region for ANR Pipeline Company, now a wholly owned subsidiary of TC Energy. She was responsible for the identification and development of new markets for structured natural gas storage, and transportation services targeting markets served by ANR’s Southeast and Southwest mainline system into Eastern Canada, the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the United States. In addition, she was also responsible for the overall daily operating management of Empire State Pipeline, at that time owned and operated as joint venture between The Coastal Corporation and Westcoast Energy Inc. Prior to her role with ANR Pipeline Company, Ms. Angle-Karry held various positions with Great Lakes Gas Transmission in both the pipeline transportation marketing and business development groups. Phillip Powers – Director Pipeline OperationsMr. Powers is an experienced engineering, leader, and entrepreneur in the Oil and Gas industry with over 30 years of experience in the midstream oil and gas transportation markets. Mr. Powers currently holds the position of Director of Pipeline Operations for Centra Pipelines. Mr. Powers’ responsibilities include regulatory compliance (US and Canada), project & operations budgeting, resource management and allocation, operational excellence with goals of maintaining a safe and reliable pipeline system protecting the environment, property and people. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Powers was the founder and majority shareholder of a top tier pipeline engineering and consulting firm in the mid-west, Lake Superior Consulting LLC. Mr. Powers is known for building and motivating cross-functional teams that effectively manage industry challenges in pipeline integrity, operations, failure investigation, code compliance, engineering and design. Mr. Powers is active in industry related organizations such as the INGAA Foundation, NACE International, and ASME Mr. Powers has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering (BIE) from the University of Minnesota and resides in Superior Wisconsin. |
